The Union newspaper has just announced that we at Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty have received again this year their annual “Best of Nevada County” award. The award is announced at the end of March and is awarded for the preceding full year. Only Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty (CBGRR) has received the “Best Real Estate Company” award for 2009, 2008, 2007, 2005 and 2004. The award is based on a questionnaire put out by The Union asking readers to write in whom they judge to be the “best” in various business categories. It may appear that other area real estate companies have also received this award this year. Don’t be fooled—this honor is only awarded to one real estate company each year.
