The "We" is a four-way partnership
that consists of myself, my wife, Debbie, and Mike and Nina Snegg. We are four
co-owners who take the greatest pride in our Real Estate Company and in Nevada
County. Each one of us brings something unique to the company in the way of
management skills and professional expertise, to insure that our buyers and
sellers receive quality service.

I have been a full-time licensed
real estate agent since 1981. Four years ago, I became a co-owner in
Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers as
well as serving as General Manager. I am consistently a multi-million dollar
producer and have been nationally recognized by Coldwell Banker for my
achievements in sales and referrals. |

 Debbie Dejesus |
Debbie Dejesus is my wife,
partner, office manager, and computer expert extraordinaire. Our
state-of-the-art real estate oriented computer systems are the best in Nevada
County. Debbie is responsible for training all our agents on the use of the
computers so that they can best serve their clients. She makes sure everything
runs smoothly by providing our agents with all the necessary tools to
successfully run their business. |

Mike Snegg is the founder and
broker who established Grass Roots Realty in 1979 for people who wanted a
small hometown firm they could trust. In 1983, he joined forces with Coldwell
Banker to give his clients a hometown real estate service with nationwide
marketing power. He is renowned throughout the nation for his innovative real
estate oriented business systems and marketing techniques. |

Nina Snegg is the Public
Relations and Marketing Director. She works with the agents to help them
market themselves and their listings. She has created an on-going series of
full page ads which are supported by the Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty
Realtors to promote organizations in the community that are concerned with
improving the quality of life for all the residents of Nevada County.
